About Me

Zach took over Café de Novo in July of 2013 and works diligently to provide quality food and friendly customer service to the workers and guests of the Earle Cabell Federal Building. Zach, his wife (both graduates of Texas A&M University) and their St. Bernard enjoy downtown living in Dallas.
